A Testimony

Even though I thought I was alive -

I was dead without Jesus.

Oh sure, I could talk and had a pulse,

but I was without Jesus and dead.

Looking back on my existence - It was like

I was in a small, dark place -

barely existing on stale air.

It was difficult to breathe but I didn't know it because

I had never experienced being alive and fresh in

Jesus.

Now I know I was an

Ephesians 2:1 & 2 person.

Ephesians 2:1 and 2

... you were dead in your trespasses and sins,

in which you used to live when you followed the

ways of this world...

But bless Jesus -

I became Ephesians 2:4 & 5 alive.

Ephesians 2:4 & 5

Because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,

made us alive with Christ....

It is by grace you have been saved.
