A man can receive nothing
unless it has been given him from Heaven.
The Bible's listing of
gifts given to men from Heaven is
endless.
The Bible also gives many examples
of men who thought they had
something - only to discover that
if it isn't given from Heaven -
it is nothing.
i.e. Nebuchadnezzar
in the 4th Chapter of Daniel:
God said,"Nebuchadnezzar...
the Most High is ruler over the
realm of mankind, and
bestows it on whomever
He wishes."
Daniel 4:32
James 1:16&17
Do not be deceived,
my beloved brethren.
Every good and perfect gift
is from above,
coming down from Heaven -
from the Father of Lights...
