President Clint Wanton consults Scripture
President Wanton was extremely nervous
just prior to the senate vote on his rejection.
Clint found relief in two ways:
he occupied himself with reading selected portions
of biographies of other immoral presidents
and
he consulted the scriptures.
His method of scripture consulting is often referred to as
the magic finger method.
President wanton, wearing his black leather mask, randomly
opened the Bible (utilizing the rock scissors game and his
lucky dice).
With the Bible opened to the randomly selected page,
Clint pointed his index finger to the first word that
caught his attention.
President Wanton took comfort in the passage he read - which was:
I Samuel 8:7
..."they have not rejected you," -
Wanton failed
to read the next clause -
"but they have rejected Me, that I
should not reign over them,"
